Standard and Personal are one-time Pro licenses, not subscriptions. There is no auto-renewal. Each license includes one year of updates and support, and you can keep using the last version covered by your license after that update window ends.
Team is subscription only. It costs $9 per seat per month, billed yearly, with a 3-seat minimum. Every seat includes Pro, plus centralized workspace management, member administration, seat visibility, device visibility, and shared team assets.
Free is the open-source baseline for local macOS debugging. Pro raises local limits for individual developers. Team includes Pro for every seat and adds workspace-level controls for companies.

Individual Pro licenses follow the activation limits shown above. If you replace a Mac or get stuck with an activation issue, use the License Manager or contact Rockxy. Team admins manage member access and device visibility from the workspace.
Standard and Personal include one year of updates, then renewal is optional if you want another year of updates and support. Team receives updates while the subscription is active.
Rockxy has a 14-day refund window for paid licenses. Refunds, delivery, taxes, and billing are described in the Fulfillment & Refund Policy.

Fulfillment Policy
Rockxy licenses are digital products delivered through Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. There is no physical shipment or traditional return flow.
After a successful Standard or Personal purchase, Lemon Squeezy emails your receipt and license information to the checkout email address.
Team checkout creates the subscription order. Workspace membership, seat assignment, and device governance remain controlled by Rockxy backend services.
