Questions before you join?
Clear terms. No guessing.
Here is exactly how we collect your email, assign first-come priority, and review optional GitHub feedback.
What do I get for joining?
We collect your email, selected product, and confirmation timestamp. The first 10 confirmed sign-ups for that product enter a priority cohort; everyone else stays on the product update list. Joining does not guarantee a discount code.
Do I need to open a GitHub issue?
No. Your confirmation timestamp determines the priority cohort. Opening a focused issue is optional and gives us useful product context for beta prioritization.
What should the GitHub issue include?
Include the product and platform, the workflow you tried, what you expected, what happened instead, and a safe screenshot or reproducible example. Never include API keys, credentials, or private traffic.

Which product should I choose?
Choose Rockxy iOS for a focused iPhone workflow, Rockxy iPad for a larger review and replay canvas, Tracexy for readable Mac network sessions across DNS to QUIC, or Shieldxy for local outbound connection visibility and control.
Will Rockxy iPad have a separate license price?
Possibly. We are validating iPad as a distinct add-on or a Mac + iPhone + iPad bundle because it adds a larger, touch-first workspace. Final price, entitlement and upgrade terms will be shown before checkout. Join the iPad list to receive the founding offer.
What can I contribute on GitHub?
Useful contributions include a reproducible bug, a workflow or product request, UX feedback, documentation corrections, sample scenarios, and technical context that helps us understand the problem. One specific issue is more useful than a broad list of ideas.
How will Rockxy review my issue?
We will review incoming issues through an internal launch triage: validate or reproduce the report where possible, classify it as a bug, feedback, feature, or docs gap, assess impact and product fit, then reply with the next status or follow-up we need. We will use the strongest signals to shape beta priorities.
Does opening an issue guarantee priority access?
No. A focused, useful issue can qualify you for priority beta consideration, but it does not guarantee acceptance, a launch date, or a discount code.
When will I receive the discount code?
If your confirmed entry becomes eligible after launch-offer review, we will contact you when launch access is ready. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a discount code or launch date.
Will you send spam?
No. We collect your email to confirm your entry and send the selected product’s offer eligibility and relevant launch updates only. To request removal, email
[email protected].
